Xhosadev connects you with verified learnership opportunities from top South African employers. Whether you are a recent graduate, a matric leaver, or an experienced professional, we have listings across all 9 provinces to suit your career stage.
Learnerships are open to South Africans of all ages, but are especially aimed at unemployed youth (18–35) who hold a matric certificate (Grade 12). SETA-funded learnerships do not require prior work experience.
Earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognised NQF qualification (from Level 2 to Level 6), and improve your employment prospects significantly upon completion.
Apply with your ID, matric certificate, and a professional CV. Government learnerships require a completed Z83 form. Stipends typically range from R3,500 to R6,000 per month depending on the NQF level.
