Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to customers regarding Apple devices, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and computing accessories.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware malfunctions and operating system or software issues efficiently.

• Educate and guide retail customers to help them navigate and optimize their technology products and applications.

• Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-oriented technical guidance both on the retail floor and telephonically.

• Accurately log support tickets, track repair statuses, and maintain up-to-date customer service records.

• Escalate advanced or complex technical problems to senior repair technicians and technical specialists when necessary.

• Collaborate with in-store sales and customer service teams to maintain high service delivery standards.

• Actively participate in structured rotational learning modules and technical assessments throughout the 12-month contract.

• Adhere to retail operational schedules, including working weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping periods.
