3. CV Profile & Tailoring Service
- Our platform provides tools to create a Master CV Profile and generate tailored CVs for job applications.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide in your CV profile.
- Generated CVs that require payment ("AI Mode") are subject to a one-time fee. Unpaid CVs will be automatically deleted after 48 hours.
- We are not responsible for the outcomes of any job applications made using CVs generated on our platform.
4. Data Usage, Personalization, and Xhosadev AI
- To provide a personalized experience, we use the data you provide—such as your skills, experience, and education from your CV Profile—to power our services.
- This data is used to generate personalized job recommendations and other career-related advice.
- We have integrated a smart technology, **Xhosadev AI**, to enhance these features. When you opt for "Strict" or "Smart Search" recommendations, Xhosadev AI analyzes your profile data against job market information to provide highly relevant matches and insights.
- By using these features, you consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of personalization and recommendation. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Eligibility & User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Keep your login details secure and do not share them.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
6. Permitted Use
- Use the platform for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorised.
- Do not copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without permission.
- Do not attempt to interfere with platform security or availability.
- Do not scrape, automate, or harvest data without explicit consent.
7. Blogs & Guest Content
