2. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using Xhosadev, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
3. CV Profile & Tailoring Service
- Our platform provides tools to create a Master CV Profile and generate tailored CVs for job applications.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide in your CV profile.
- Generated CVs that require payment ("AI Mode") are subject to a one-time fee. Unpaid CVs will be automatically deleted after 48 hours.
- We are not responsible for the outcomes of any job applications made using CVs generated on our platform.
4. Eligibility & User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Keep your login details secure and do not share them.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
5. Permitted Use
- Use the platform for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorised.
- Do not copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without permission.
- Do not attempt to interfere with platform security or availability.
- Do not scrape, automate, or harvest data without explicit consent.
6. Blogs & Guest Content
- Xhosadev publishes original and guest-written blog content on tech, careers, how-to topics, and travel.
- Guest bloggers may submit posts; authors are responsible for their submissions.
- Content reflects the author's views and experiences, not Xhosadev’s endorsement.
- We reserve the right to edit or remove content that violates these Terms or our guidelines.
7. User-Generated Content
- Users may submit blogs, company reviews, and comments (collectively, "User Content").
- You remain responsible for anything you submit and must ensure it is honest and lawful.
- Do not post confidential, sensitive, or personal data about others.
- We may review, edit, reject, or remove User Content that breaches these Terms.
8. Job Listings
- Job listings on Xhosadev are supplied by third parties or aggregated from external sources.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.
- Xhosadev is not involved in the hiring process and is not liable for employer decisions.
- Users should verify job details directly with the employer before acting on listings.
9. Company Reviews
- Company reviews are individual accounts of workplace experiences.
- We may attempt to verify reviewers (e.g., via work email) but verification does not guarantee factual completeness.
- Reviews do not represent Xhosadev’s views or those of the reviewed company.
- Decisions made based on reviews are the responsibility of the user.
