Key Responsibilities
Assist with the efficient administration, scheduling, and logistics of employee training and development interventions.
Capture, update, and maintain accurate training records and statutory compliance reports on the HR database.
Participate actively in the recruitment, screening, selection, and onboarding processes for incoming interns and learnership participants.
Provide continuous support and administrative guidance to enrolled learners to facilitate high programme completion rates.
Track, monitor, and report on learner schedules, assessments, logbooks, and overall academic progression.
Collaborate with internal mentors, HR business partners, and external service providers to facilitate effective skills transfer.
Engage actively in dedicated on-the-job training, mentorship sessions, and coaching interventions provided by senior HR professionals.

Requirements
Must hold a 3-year Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development, Human Resource Management, or a related qualification.
A valid South African driver’s license will be considered an added advantage.
Any previous exposure or relevant workplace experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational capabilities.
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
Must be currently unemployed and not enrolled in concurrent academic studies for the duration of the internship.
Must be readily available to commence the internship programme in October 2026.
