Job Description
Netcampus is currently accepting applications from ambitious and motivated South African youth for their upcoming hybrid training programme based in Cape Town, Western Cape. Designed to empower entry-level candidates with workplace-ready competencies and industry-aligned technical skills, this 3 to 6-month structured development initiative blends interactive online sessions with valuable in-person practical workshops at the Netcampus Cape Town facility. Beginning in the first week of October 2026, the programme provides an ideal springboard for candidates eager to build practical knowledge, refine their professional abilities, and boost their long-term employability.
Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in scheduled virtual training sessions, digital webinars, and face-to-face campus workshops.
Complete all theoretical coursework, practical assignments, and technical competency assessments within set timeframes.
Collaborate effectively with peers and instructors on team exercises, presentations, and simulated business projects.
Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and active engagement across both online learning and onsite days.
Demonstrate a proactive commitment to learning new methodologies, tools, and digital platforms.
Adhere to the institutional code of conduct and standard workplace ethics throughout the duration of the programme.

Requirements
Must possess a valid National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12).
Must have an accredited NQF Level 3 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
Must be between 18 and 33 years of age.
Must reside in or around Khayelitsha, Gugulethu, or Philippi in Cape Town.
Must be able to travel reliably to the Netcampus Cape Town campus on designated onsite training days.
Good verbal and written communication skills with a strong willingness to learn.
