The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is offering a valuable Claims Learnership Programme designed to equip unemployed South African youth with essential skills and workplace experience. Key Responsibilities
Receiving and recording of new files from the Correspondence department.
Conducting pre-assessment of new files to ensure completeness.
Receiving new files from the pre-assessment team for further processing.
Preparing files for scanning to ensure efficient digital archiving.
Scanning of files to create digital records.
Indexing scanned documents for easy retrieval.
Uploading digital files to the relevant systems.
Preparing physical files for secure storage.
Registering new incoming files accurately.
Updating and correcting existing file registrations as needed.
Verifying and validating files to ensure compliance with RAF policies and procedures.
Issuing letters of compliance or non-compliance based on file assessments.
