- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Not currently engaged in post-Matric studies.
- Not currently in formal employment.
- Not have completed a previous learnership.
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook.
- Be a South African citizen by birth.
- Mathematics: minimum Level 4 / 50%.
- English: minimum Level 4 / 50%.
- Mathematics Literacy: minimum Level 5 / 60%.
- Second language: minimum Level 4 / 50%.
- An incomplete tertiary qualification in a financial field is advantageous (not compulsory).
