Vaal Central Water Graduate Development Programme 2026 – Bloemfontein Internships

Vaal Central Water is offering its Graduate Development Programme (GDP) 2026, a structured 24-month graduate internship designed to equip unemployed South African graduates with hands-on experience, mentorship, and skills development across key water sector disciplines. Graduates will be placed in roles aligned with their qualifications and gain exposure to real workplace functions supporting water services in the Free State and Northern Cape.

• South African citizen, unemployed at time of application
• Age 35 years or younger
• Relevant qualification at NQF Level 6–8 (Degree / B.Tech / National Diploma / Honours / LLB) depending on the field
• Never participated in another graduate or internship programme
