Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing comprehensive financial statements, legal reviews, audit documentations, or risk assessment reports.

• Maintain organized records, support compliance procedures, and ensure alignment with institutional governance frameworks.

• Engage in scheduled mentorship sessions, developmental workshops, and performance evaluation reviews.

• Deliver analytical presentations and support workflow automation and process optimization initiatives.

• Completed or currently completing a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent) from a recognized and accredited higher learning institution.

• Minimum overall academic achievement average of 60% in the completed qualification.

• Relevant academic specialization in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Economics, Law (LLB), Property Studies, Quantity Surveying, Information Science, Risk Management, IT, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Human Resources Management.

• No prior participation in a formal graduate development or internship programme.

• Demonstrated passion for financial markets, asset management, and corporate operations.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
