Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in day-to-day divisional tasks, research, analytical modeling, and project assignments within your assigned business unit.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across asset classes such as Listed Equities, Fixed Income, Unlisted Investments, and Properties.
Assist in preparing comprehensive financial statements, legal reviews, audit documentations, or risk assessment reports.
Maintain organized records, support compliance procedures, and ensure alignment with institutional governance frameworks.
Engage in scheduled mentorship sessions, developmental workshops, and performance evaluation reviews.
Deliver analytical presentations and support workflow automation and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements
Completed or currently completing a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent) from a recognized and accredited higher learning institution.
Minimum overall academic achievement average of 60% in the completed qualification.
Relevant academic specialization in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Economics, Law (LLB), Property Studies, Quantity Surveying, Information Science, Risk Management, IT, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Human Resources Management.
No prior participation in a formal graduate development or internship programme.
Demonstrated passion for financial markets, asset management, and corporate operations.
Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be a South African citizen with valid identification.
