Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in day-to-day business and technical operations aligned with your chosen field of specialization (Marketing, IT, Advertising, or Electronics & Telecommunications).
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to assist in network expansion, systems analysis, campaign execution, and infrastructure planning.
Apply theoretical academic knowledge to practical industry challenges, ensuring project deliverables meet strict organizational and industry quality benchmarks.
Engage in continuous technical coaching, structured mentorship, and regular skill-assessment reviews across the 12-month programme duration.
Prepare regular reporting documentation, process mapping, and operational presentations for departmental leadership.
Support innovation initiatives and operational problem-solving to improve broadband delivery and enterprise operational efficiency.

Requirements
Must hold a recognized Degree, Diploma, or NQF Level 5 qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Information Technology, or Electronics and Telecommunications.
Must be a South African citizen.
Must be currently unemployed and aged between 18 and 35 years.
Must be based in Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal.
Must not be actively engaged in full-time or part-time studies during the programme period.
Must be committed and available for the entire 12-month contract duration.
Must not have participated in a previous internship programme.
