Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in day-to-day business and technical operations aligned with your chosen field of specialization (Marketing, IT, Advertising, or Electronics & Telecommunications).

• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to assist in network expansion, systems analysis, campaign execution, and infrastructure planning.

• Apply theoretical academic knowledge to practical industry challenges, ensuring project deliverables meet strict organizational and industry quality benchmarks.

• Engage in continuous technical coaching, structured mentorship, and regular skill-assessment reviews across the 12-month programme duration.

• Prepare regular reporting documentation, process mapping, and operational presentations for departmental leadership.

• Support innovation initiatives and operational problem-solving to improve broadband delivery and enterprise operational efficiency.

• Must hold a recognized Degree, Diploma, or NQF Level 5 qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Information Technology, or Electronics and Telecommunications.

• Must be a South African citizen.

• Must be currently unemployed and aged between 18 and 35 years.

• Must be based in Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal.

• Must not be actively engaged in full-time or part-time studies during the programme period.

• Must be committed and available for the entire 12-month contract duration.

• Must not have participated in a previous internship programme.
