Key Responsibilities

- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing HR-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee wellness programs, training sessions, and performance management cycles.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues to senior HR staff when necessary.
- Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labour legislation.
- Participate in HR meetings and workshops, actively contributing to discussions and learning from team insights.
- Assist with payroll-related administration, ensuring accurate data input and reconciliation.
- Support the HR team in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., Diploma, Degree).
- Strong academic record, demonstrating a commitment to learning and excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Must be a South African citizen or hold a valid permanent residency permit.
- No prior experience required, or less than 2 years of relevant experience.
