Key Responsibilities

• Actively interact with Inbound or Outbound consultants to achieve daily customer service quality targets, ensuring a high standard of client engagement.
• Drive participation in weekly skills audit tests to continuously improve knowledge and instil correct behaviours, leading to exceptional results and efficient resolution of customer requests at the first point of contact.
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve targets set as per agreed quarterly performance contracts, supporting overall departmental objectives.
• Assist in ensuring that assessments are conducted and appropriate coaching sessions are facilitated, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Achieve set productivity targets as per quarterly performance contracts, contributing to the team's efficiency and output.
• Maintain a lower number of outbound transfer calls, as specified by performance contracts, enhancing customer experience and operational flow.
• Exceed the set adherence to schedule target as per performance targets, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Ensure adherence to the required In-office Time, contributing to a disciplined and productive work environment.
• Engage with various internal stakeholders to streamline administrative processes and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in training modules and workshops designed to develop a comprehensive understanding of Absa Life products and services.
