Key Responsibilities
- Assist diligently with scheduling training sessions, workshops, inductions, and important meetings, ensuring all parties are informed.

- Accurately capture and update training data, maintain meticulous learner records, manage attendance registers, and track completion records for all programmes.
- Provide proactive support for communication with employees, learners, external facilitators, service providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist with booking appropriate venues, arranging refreshments, meticulously preparing training rooms, and providing technical support for virtual training sessions.
- Maintain organised and auditable training files and documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference.
- Assist with compiling detailed training reports, statistics, and general administrative tasks to support the L&D team's objectives.
- Respond promptly and professionally to training-related queries and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Training / Learning and Development team.

- Completed or studying towards an N6, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, Training, or Learning and Development.
- Must require workplace experience or be seeking internship experience.
- Must be currently unemployed.
