Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals before, during, and after neurosurgical procedures.

• Assist medical teams with procedural case preparation, equipment demonstrations, product installations, and first-line technical support.

• Support territorial commercial growth and foster strategic relationships across assigned hospital accounts and customer facilities.

• Address technical, operational, and clinical queries raised by healthcare staff, surgeons, and internal sales teams.

• Deliver on-site customer education and product troubleshooting in strict adherence to hospital protocols and Medtronic compliance standards.

• Travel across assigned territories and hospital networks to deliver responsive client support.

• Recently completed degree in a Medical, Biomedical, Health Sciences, or related field.

• Must be a South African citizen under the age of 30.

• Must be currently unemployed and not enrolled (or planning to enroll) in postgraduate studies.

• Must NOT have previously participated in a YES (Youth Employment Service) programme.

• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willing and able to travel across regional hospital facilities (Durban, East London, Mthatha).

• A valid driver's licence is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional resilience, adaptability, and high eager-to-learn mindset.
