Key Responsibilities

Process personnel administrative requests, update staff records, and maintain confidential employee registry systems in compliance with public service regulations.

Conduct research on human resource best practices, workplace psychology metrics, and organisational performance interventions.
Compile detailed monthly administrative reports, track departmental human capital metrics, and coordinate stakeholder engagements.

Requirements
South African citizenship with a valid South African ID.
Must be currently unemployed and must have never participated in any government or developmental internship programme previously.
Labour Relations: Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, Labour Law, or Industrial Relations.
Recruitment & Selection: Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
HR Administration: Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
Change Management: Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Management Services, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
