Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software systems.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system performance and identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
Document technical procedures, user guides, and support solutions.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and integrity.
Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Participate actively in training sessions and workplace learning activities.
Gain practical experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
Support the IT department in various projects and daily operations.
