Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders, including entry and follow-up for both local and export markets.

• Handling and responding promptly to all customer inquiries and requests.

• Following up on back-orders and generating comprehensive status reports.

• Engaging in automotive telephone sales activities.

• Addressing basic technical inquiries related to parts availability.

• Managing the goods return process and processing credit requests efficiently.

• Supporting sales and marketing teams with promotional activities.

• Maintaining accurate data management, including electronic orders.

• Handling technical queries effectively, including the interpretation of part numbers.

• Providing administrative support to supply chain consultants.

• Retrieving and communicating Proof of Delivery (POD) for all fulfilled orders.
