Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to clients, troubleshooting issues and answering queries regarding software features.

• Learn and contribute to creating strategic plans for effective business technology utilization.

• Support the team with project documentation, testing, and quality checks during software rollouts.

• Gain proficiency in Zoho's software solutions and understand their application in client scenarios.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless implementation, integration, and functionality of project components.

• Log, track, and follow up on client support tickets to ensure timely resolution.

• Consistently improve skillset through provided training, online self-learning, and certifications.
