Key Responsibilities

• Assist departmental teams in daily operational, administrative, and tactical workflows within the e-commerce ecosystem.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project deliverables, documentation, and data tracking across supply chain, marketplace, facilities, or human resources.

• Support catalogue updates, merchant onboarding, customer service excellence, and internal business reporting.

• Adhere to all health, safety, risk management, and workplace compliance standards.

• Participate actively in learning modules, development workshops, and mentorship initiatives to build core technical proficiencies.

• Must be an unemployed South African citizen with a valid ID document.

• Completed TVET N6 Certificate in Business Management, Management Assistant, Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Human Resources, Safety in Society, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related fields.

• Must require 18 months of practical workplace experience (WIL) to graduate with a National N-Diploma.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven e-commerce environment.
