Key Responsibilities

• Collect vital baseline data to establish benchmark metrics for tracking, measuring, and evaluating institutional performance against sustainability targets.

• Conduct thorough internal reviews of baseline data to ensure all records are verifiable, accurate, and aligned with organizational reporting standards.

• Maintain and update data on monitoring and evaluation tools to facilitate seamless corporate reporting.

• Liaise effectively with both internal departments and external stakeholders to support comprehensive evaluation of ongoing ESG initiatives.

• Utilize business productivity tools to generate summaries, analytical overviews, and structured presentations for management review.

• South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35 years old.

• Completed Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Social Science, Law, Economics, Accounting, Internal Audit, Commercial Engineering, or other Sustainability-related disciplines.

• Keen interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and sustainability framework implementation.

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, and PowerPoint.

• Solid quantitative proficiency, figure orientation, and attention to detail.

• Well-developed written and verbal communication and listening skills.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills.

• Resilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
