Key Responsibilities
Collect vital baseline data to establish benchmark metrics for tracking, measuring, and evaluating institutional performance against sustainability targets.
Conduct thorough internal reviews of baseline data to ensure all records are verifiable, accurate, and aligned with organizational reporting standards.
Maintain and update data on monitoring and evaluation tools to facilitate seamless corporate reporting.
Liaise effectively with both internal departments and external stakeholders to support comprehensive evaluation of ongoing ESG initiatives.
Utilize business productivity tools to generate summaries, analytical overviews, and structured presentations for management review.

Requirements
South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35 years old.
Completed Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Social Science, Law, Economics, Accounting, Internal Audit, Commercial Engineering, or other Sustainability-related disciplines.
Keen interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and sustainability framework implementation.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, and PowerPoint.
Solid quantitative proficiency, figure orientation, and attention to detail.
Well-developed written and verbal communication and listening skills.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills.
Resilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
