Key Responsibilities
Process all assigned functions within the Invest servicing team accurately and efficiently.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all Discovery Invest products.
Utilise strong administrative and communication skills to manage daily tasks.
Respond to customer queries received via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure all feedback is provided appropriately and that no tasks remain unattended.
Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with financial advisors, internal colleagues, and external clients.
Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
