Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to 5-star service principles to ensure every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience. This includes greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving minor issues efficiently and courteously.
• Efficient Cashier Duties: Accurately process card payments and new staff accounts. Responsibilities also include meticulous till balancing and promptly reporting any discrepancies or problems to the Supervisor to maintain financial integrity and operational accuracy.
• Merchandising Standards: Execute merchandising tasks with precision, including separating damaged and non-damaged stock, conducting accurate stock counts, and ensuring all products are correctly priced and ticketed. Maintain attractive and organized displays, ensuring correct hanger inserts and departmental placement to enhance visual appeal and customer navigation.
• General Housekeeping: Uphold the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the sample shop. This involves ensuring boxes are stacked safely and neatly, walkways are clear, and products are aligned perfectly to create a pleasant, safe, and inviting shopping environment for all.
• Loss Prevention & Reporting: Remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity or potential shoplifting incidents to the Supervisor in a timely and accurate manner, contributing to the security of the store and the protection of company assets.
• Ad Hoc Support: Provide flexible support to the Sample Shop Supervisor with various ad hoc duties and direct instructions as operationally required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to assist the team in achieving daily goals.
