Key Responsibilities
- Administer and process claims efficiently within agreed turnaround times.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Claims Assessors, assisting with investigations, validation, and documentation.
- Review claim information meticulously, maintain accurate records, and escalate complex or suspicious claims as necessary.
- Deliver professional customer service by promptly responding to queries and providing clear, timely claim updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant legislation, company policies, governance standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Process claims accurately, adhering to established quality, productivity, and service standards.

- Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4).
- Relevant certificate in Insurance, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field will be advantageous.
- 1-2 years' experience in claims administration, insurance administration, customer service, or a similar administrative environment.
