Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine plant inspections and execute necessary repairs to ensure the continuous reliability and optimal functioning of mechanical equipment.
• Proactively identify mechanical faults using established diagnostic methods and tools, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain equipment availability.
• Adhere strictly to all safety requirements and protocols, actively supporting a culture of safety within the workplace.
• Maintain impeccable housekeeping standards in the work area and comply with all waste disposal procedures.
• Provide clear and concise feedback to internal customers regarding work progress and completed tasks.
• Conduct My IMS inspections to uphold and enhance plant sustainability standards.
• Ensure accurate historical data capture for maintenance activities, aiding in future renewals, upgrades, and critical spare parts management.
• Actively participate in toolbox talks, PDAs (Pre-Task Discussions), and RCAs (Root Cause Analyses) to continuously improve plant safety and operational stability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within their designated work area.
• Engage in training courses and seminars as outlined in the training matrix to enhance competency and skills.
• Collaborate with the group leader to identify personal training and development needs and integrate them into a Personal Development Plan (PDP).
• Support the overarching goals and vision of the business by consistently meeting operational deadlines.
