As a Compliance Auditor at Takealot.Com, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the company's high standards of operational excellence and regulatory adherence within its dynamic e-commerce and logistics ecosystem. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the integrity of Takealot's franchise management for Independent Contract (IC) Drivers and the Pick n Pay Takealot Pickup Point (TPP) network. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all operational procedures, brand standards, and service level agreements are consistently met, thereby safeguarding customer satisfaction and business reputation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-field Driver Shifting Inspection Audits and Driver Vehicle Inspection Audits in strict accordance with compliance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Remove non-compliant drivers from shifts following failed inspection audits and report findings to relevant management teams, highlighting areas for corrective action.
• Provide weekly support visits to Pick n Pay Takealot Pickup Points, acting as a consultant to store management to enhance business operations and customer service.
• Drive adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards through regular auditing processes within the TPP network.
• Monitor and measure branch performance and productivity against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) using system checks and reports.
• Present data-driven solutions to operational challenges, contributing to the momentum and success of the TPP customer service offering.
• Generate comprehensive reports on audit findings using Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Equivalent), analyzing trends and presenting insights to management.
• Hold review meetings with appropriate management teams to discuss audit results and facilitate corrective measures.
• Review and update applicable SOPs as required, ensuring they remain current and effective.
• Support Franchise Managers and Food Compliance Coordinators in their auditing duties, fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.
• Ensure all processing, compliance, and administration duties are completed accurately and timeously, taking full responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Conduct housekeeping audits and other assigned audits to maintain operational standards.
• Be willing and able to work the required days/hours for the role, specifically Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm daily.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• NQF Level 4/ Diploma advantageous
• 1-2 Years’ experience in a supervisory role within a Franchise business and/or hospitality industry
• Previous operational auditing experience will be advantageous
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office or Google Equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
