Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive sales and administration support to intermediaries, including the generation of quotations and processing of new business applications.
- Assist intermediaries with accurate and relevant product information, ensuring they are well-equipped to serve clients effectively.
- Process and meticulously monitor new business submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, and maintaining efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key sales information to both intermediaries and regional management, aiding strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
- Actively support initiatives aimed at increasing the adoption and effective use of technology among intermediaries, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Provide limited after-sales service, addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction, thereby contributing to client retention.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery, fostering a cohesive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the SanlamConnect team.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative experience within the financial services industry is preferred
- Prior experience within a Broker or Advisor Services environment is preferred
- Insurance product experience and knowledge of relevant quotation processes and systems is preferred
