Key Responsibilities
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and documentation pertaining to all vetting activities and access risk decisions, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with various departments, including Security Management, Investigations, Human Resources, Risk Management (RM), and Commercial teams, to ensure the implementation of efficient and consistent vetting processes across the organisation.
- Process Improvement: Actively support the continuous improvement of vetting practices by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best security practices to optimise operational effectiveness.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and rigorously protect sensitive information, strictly adhering to company policies and all relevant legislative requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and responsive customer service to all stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the vetting process.

Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Code B Driver's Licence
- 0β5 years' relevant experience in security, vetting, access control or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional minute-taking and scribing skills
- Strong organizational and digital filing capabilities
- Understanding of security risk management principles
- Knowledge of pre-employment screening and vetting processes will be advantageous
- Strong administrative, organisational, and recordkeeping skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse information and make sound decisions
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
