Acid Regeneration Plant Operator at Safal Group

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and meticulously monitoring the Acid Regeneration Plant equipment and complex systems in strict accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conducting regular, thorough inspections of all plant machinery and promptly reporting any malfunctions, deviations, or potential hazards to the supervisory team.
• Ensuring that all critical process parameters, including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and chemical concentrations, are consistently maintained within specified operational limits.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks and actively assisting maintenance teams with more complex repairs and troubleshooting activities.
• Adhering strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, protocols, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Recording operational data accurately and comprehensively, maintaining detailed logbooks and shift reports for future reference and analysis.
• Troubleshooting minor operational issues independently and escalating complex problems or significant deviations to supervisors for immediate resolution.
• Actively participating in daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing plant efficiency and safety.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free work area to ensure optimal operational safety and efficiency at all times.
• Collaborating effectively and communicating clearly with team members and other departmental personnel to achieve production targets and operational goals.
