Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and merchandising new stock deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Promote special offers and loyalty programs to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock audits.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
