Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, prepare, and wrap products according to specifications, standards, and budgets.

• Correctly price items, including random weight and loose selling products.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and stock rotation.

• Identify and remove damaged or expired stock.

• Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages to products and equipment.

• Monitor and maintain cold chain integrity by checking temperatures.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, housekeeping, and safe working standards.

• Follow security procedures diligently.

• Operate and clean equipment according to laid-down standards.

• Engage with customers, advise on products, listen to requests, and provide courteous service.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently according to service standards.

• Promote products effectively.

• Communicate clearly with employees, management, customers, and suppliers.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Be prepared for potential transferability between stores.
