Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Project Execution: Support end-to-end sourcing processes from project intake, requirement gathering, and market research to supplier evaluation, negotiation, and handover.

• Market Intelligence & Supplier Research: Conduct comprehensive supplier and industry market research, compile category intelligence, and facilitate supplier pre-qualification and onboarding procedures.

• RFI and RFP Administration: Draft, issue, and manage Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP), including bidder communications, tender logs, and clarification matrices.

• Spend & Data Analytics: Cleanse, structure, and evaluate complex spend and pricing datasets, perform comparative bid analyses, and prepare commercial evaluation packs to identify cost-saving initiatives.

• Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement: Coordinate cross-functional meetings and manage operational workflows between internal teams, client leadership, and international supplier networks.

• Pipeline Tracking & Governance: Maintain detailed sourcing repositories, audit trails, and performance reporting metrics aligned with strict corporate governance, confidentiality, and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

• System Super-User Support: Master client and proprietary PwC procurement technologies to build tracking tools and automate reporting procedures.
