Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Benchmarking: Collect baseline data to serve as an authoritative benchmark for evaluating organizational performance against predetermined strategic targets.

• Data Verification & Quality Review: Conduct thorough internal data reviews across all baseline inputs to ensure consistent, verifiable, and accurate metrics.

• Monitoring & Evaluation Systems: Maintain information integrity within internal monitoring and evaluation tools for seamless executive and regulatory reporting.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal business units and external partners to ensure that Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives are tracked, analyzed, and evaluated accurately.

• Completed Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Social Science, Law, Economics, Accounting, Internal Audit, Commercial Engineering, or related Sustainability disciplines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong listening capability.
