Working alongside industry-leading financial planners and technical specialists, you will gain practical exposure and build deep foundational expertise across diverse financial products, advice frameworks, and client engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with coordinating and scheduling professional engagement sessions between internal wealth teams and external financial advisory partners.

• Adviser Support: Liaise directly with financial advisers, capturing, organizing, and managing critical client and market data accurately.

• Content Creation: Assist with drafting, compiling, and formatting financial planning technical content, research summaries, and market presentations.

• Technical & Product Research: Support senior specialists on technical product evaluations, investment research, and strategic advice preparations for adviser meetings.

• Project Administration: Track milestones on ongoing wealth division initiatives and draft structured progress reports for executive review.

• Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct structured research assignments covering industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive investment products.

• Completed Degree in Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Finance, or related discipline (or currently in final year of study).

• Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning or progress towards the CFP designation is highly advantageous.

• No prior formal work experience required (entry-level graduate role).

• Exposure to financial planning, investment products, life insurance, or advisory services through vacation work, internships, or academic projects is advantageous.

• Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Strong attention to detail with developing analytical and numerical capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
