Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all relevant daily warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
• Complying strictly with customer order type specifications, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Adhering to all warehouse procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe working environment.
• Performing duties diligently to achieve and maintain high warehouse performance standards, including effective parts stock management and reduction of stock losses/damages.
• Ensuring high accuracy in stock counts, picking, and binning processes.
• Conducting effective investigations and resolutions for all stock discrepancies, implementing robust control measures to prevent recurrence.
• Maintaining exemplary good housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse facility.
