Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in all theoretical training modules provided by INSETA and AVBOB.
• Apply learned concepts and principles in a practical work environment within AVBOB offices.
• Assist with client interactions, understanding their long-term insurance needs, and providing appropriate information.
• Learn about various long-term insurance products and services offered by AVBOB.
• Develop skills in administrative tasks related to insurance policy management and client servicing.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required for client interactions and policy administration.

• Must be willing to work in AVBOB offices in any of the specified provinces/branches.
• Must be in possession of a valid matric certificate.
• Must have done English, Maths / Maths Literacy/ Accounting as matric subjects.

• No previous learnerships attended.
• Should not be registered with another academic institution and/or engaged with any other studies.
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
