Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day entry-level operations tasks and administrative duties.
Support departmental initiatives, potentially including call centre operations.
Accurately capture, update, and maintain essential records.
Prepare necessary correspondence and documentation.
Actively participate in all assigned training, workshops, and development activities.
Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Perform any other duties relevant to the internship and learning objectives.
Attend all scheduled classes for the theoretical learning component.
Successfully complete all formative and summative assessments and compile a Portfolio of Evidence (POE).

Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate (NQF Level 4)
Basic Computer Literacy (Operational / Foundational)
South African citizen
Unemployed Matriculant with 0-6 months of work experience
Willingness to be enrolled onto the Senior Certificate in Banking (mandatory)
Basic functional and applied knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to engage and interact in English
Good communication and influencing skills
Hands-on approach to work
Good computer literacy skills
Ability to liaise with stakeholders
Skills in planning, organising, co-ordination, control, and facilitation
Strong interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Sound reasoning and thinking abilities, problem-solving skills, and persuasiveness
Ability to work independently
Accuracy, conceptual understanding, and ability to work under pressure and handle stress
Sense of urgency, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail
