Key Responsibilities
Complete all theoretical learning modules and assignments within stipulated deadlines.

Attend to all client queries professionally to ensure excellent client experiences and meet or exceed service level agreements.
Screen and route incoming queries to the appropriate stakeholders, assisting in the effective resolution of client issues.

Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification
Aged between 18 and 34
South African citizen by birth
Unemployed
