Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through digital platforms, industry events, and comprehensive databases. Qualify inbound leads effectively and schedule introductory calls or meetings with precision. Maintain and consistently update leads and activity logs within CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Sales Support & Administration: Provide invaluable assistance to mid- and senior-level consultants in the preparation of compelling proposals, meticulous meeting documentation, and impactful presentations. Coordinate essential administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing follow-ups, and compiling detailed call reports. Support the collection of critical data for market and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Client Interaction & Relationship Support: Actively participate in introductory client meetings and calls alongside senior consultants, gaining firsthand experience in client engagement. Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries, escalating complex requests to appropriate team members when necessary. Support delivery teams in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients after deal closure.
- Product & Market Familiarisation: Develop a foundational and comprehensive knowledge of Flash's innovative company solutions, intricate pricing models, and robust loyalty systems.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Meticulously record all interactions, meetings, and sales activities within the CRM system. Assist with the preparation of detailed pipeline and activity reports for management review, contributing to strategic oversight.
- Collaboration & Learning: Participate actively in team meetings, sales training sessions, and skill development initiatives to continuously enhance professional capabilities. Shadow senior consultants to learn and adopt best practices in consultative sales, fostering continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Professional Standards: Adhere strictly to sales governance, client privacy, and ethical conduct requirements. Ensure all documentation and data handling practices comply with internal policies and industry regulations.

Requirements
- Matric certificate.
