Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and job aids.
- Transform detailed company policies and procedures into clear, concise, and interactive learning experiences.
- Utilise various content creation tools and platforms to produce high-quality digital learning materials.
- Support the integration of multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) into learning content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials.

- Assist in the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.
