Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and job aids.
• Transform detailed company policies and procedures into clear, concise, and interactive learning experiences.
• Utilise various content creation tools and platforms to produce high-quality digital learning materials.
• Support the integration of multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) into learning content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
• Maintain and update existing learning content to reflect changes in policies, procedures, or best practices.
• Assist in the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.
• Contribute to the evaluation of learning programs, gathering feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness.
