Participants will work within a professional team, focusing on operational support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to complete their diplomas or degrees.

Requirements
Education Status: Must be currently studying towards a National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.
In-Service Requirement: You must specifically require workplace experience to graduate.
Citizenship: South African citizens only (Aged 18–35).
Exclusion: Graduates who already hold their final IT qualification are not eligible.
Program History: You must have never participated in a previous MICT SETA programme.
