PEP, one of South Africa’s most iconic and leading retail brands, is inviting ambitious and motivated graduates to apply for its 12-month fixed-term Graduate Internship Programme based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Throughout this comprehensive 12-month contract, interns will collaborate directly with business stakeholders, systems analysts, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable technological solutions. Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and prioritize detailed business requirements from key stakeholders across various organizational departments.
Document functional and technical specifications clearly using standard business analysis tools such as use cases, user stories, and process models.
Propose innovative structural and technological changes to enhance existing business processes and system functionalities.
Assist in the design and development of end-to-end business process workflows, functional specs, and new system enhancements.
Formulate test cases and testing scenarios, actively participating in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Design, build, and maintain robust data models, data products, and data dictionaries to drive data-informed business decisions.
Provide continuous application support, user training, and documentation for ongoing technology deployments.
Support project management initiatives by tracking project scope, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
Minimum cumulative academic average of 65%.
South African Citizen aged between 18 and 30 years old.
Between 0 to 1 year of practical working experience.
Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, systematic, detail-oriented, and assertive mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work collaboratively in a team, and handle periods of high stress.
Willingness to travel as required.
A valid South African Driver’s Licence is advantageous.
