Key Responsibilities
Assist in providing excellent customer service to tourists and visitors.
Support daily operations within hospitality and tourism facilities.

Learn and apply knowledge of tourism products and services.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
Be a South African citizen aged 18–35.
Have a Grade 12/Matric Certificate (submit a certified copy).
Submit a certified copy of your ID.
Provide proof of residence (e.g. municipal bill, letter from a Tribal Authority, or other valid proof).
Declare in the application letter if you previously participated in the Department’s learnership or skills programmes.
Have a passion for travel, tourism, and hospitality.
Have a clear criminal record.
