• Must possess a valid Grade 12 / Matric qualification.

• Mathematics with a minimum Level 4 (50%) OR Mathematical Literacy with a minimum Level 5 (60% or higher).

• English with a minimum Level 4 (50%).

• Second Official Language (e.g. Home Language) with a minimum Level 4 (50%).

• Must be currently unemployed.

• Must NOT have a completed tertiary education qualification.

• Must NOT be currently studying or engaged in post-Matric studies during the learnership period.

• Must NOT have completed any previous learnership programmes.

• Should have no formal corporate work experience.
