- National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- National Diploma/Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
- National Diploma/Degree in Public Administration or equivalent.
- National Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Must possess a Grade 12 certificate.
- Must be a South African Citizen.
- Must not be currently permanently employed.
- Must not have previously participated in an internship programme.
