Key Responsibilities
Database Administration: Update and maintain internal HR databases with new employee records, personal information, compliance files, and employment contracts.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial onboarding for new appointments.
Statutory Compliance & Audits: Assist the Human Resources and Transformation teams with annual B-BBEE audits, EE data collection, and workplace skills plans.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare human capital management reports, staff documentation, and project presentations for departmental management.
Employee Relations & Queries: Act as an efficient point of contact for internal HR queries, directing staff concerns to the appropriate specialist team members.
Wellness & Organizational Development: Participate actively in coordinating staff wellness programmes, engagement events, career days, and specialized HR initiatives.
Filing & General Support: Maintain accurate digital and physical document archiving systems to ensure strict POPIA and corporate governance standards.
