TFG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join their dynamic team in the Western Cape and Gauteng. This learnership opportunity is designed for individuals with a passion for Human Resources, offering hands-on experience in various HR functions. The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support, ensuring superior service delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of HR processes, contributing to TFG's vision of creating remarkable omnichannel experiences and fostering employee growth.
Key Responsibilities
Process all relevant administration across HR functions, including Employee Relations administrative support.
Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition, Capability, Development Leadership, Performance, and Transformation initiatives.
Offer general administrative support across various HR functions such as Organisational Development (OD), Employee Engagement, Well-being, and Reward and Benefits.
Conduct validation and compliance checks for HR Connect Workflows.
Ensure efficient first-time service completion of administration delivery.
Deliver an all-round superior service delivery experience to stakeholders.
Adhere strictly to SLAs and quality standards in all tasks.

Requirements
A relevant HR qualification β Degree or National Diploma.
A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Excellent administration skills, with experience in handling volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
