Key Responsibilities

• Financial Administration: Support the finance team with basic reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable administration, transaction processing, and data verification.

• Inventory & Logistics Management: Assist warehouse supervisors with stock count integrity, receiving, dispatching, picking, packing, and maintaining optimal medical device inventory records.

• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare routine administrative summaries, manage electronic documentation, and ensure all filing complies with corporate governance and audit requirements.

• Finance Intern: National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) in Commerce, Financial Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Warehouse Intern: Grade 12 / Matric certificate essential; tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
