Requirements
- Be unemployed.
- Have Grade 12.
- Have completed a Finance or Accounting degree from a University or University of Technology.
- Be available to complete the full 12 months of workplace experience.
- Not currently be benefiting from another HWSETA grant.
- Not previously have participated in the HWSETA work experience grant in prior years.
- Demonstrate problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and sound judgement.
- Possess resilience and the ability to engage with diversity.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation skills.
- Show influencing ability, relationship-building skills, and customer responsiveness.
- Demonstrate drive, energy, commitment to excellence, and ethical behaviour.
