The Discover Graduate Programme is a permanent employment opportunity with a 2-year skills training component, aimed at developing future leaders. Upon successful completion, graduates will transition into permanent roles within the organization, with potential for further development through stretch assignments locally and internationally. This programme serves as a pipeline for the Discover Graduate Programme or for permanent roles as they become available. Both programmes require applicants to have completed at least an undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2026, with start dates in February and March 2027.

Requirements
South African Citizen by Birth
Must be 26 years old or younger.
Must have a Degree (BCom, BSc or B-Tech) - Any field
Your Degree must be NQF 7 or higher
An NQF 6 (3 year National Diploma) will be considered in the following areas only: Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering and Information Systems/Information Technology
