Key Responsibilities
Verify dispatched and received assets against the official picking list to ensure accuracy.
Ensure all company gear is correctly barcoded for efficient tracking.
Complete asset check lists and facilitate the handover of picked assets to clients during gear checks.
Identify and log all incoming gear on the picking list upon receipt.
Confirm that all gear being dispatched is in good working order before it leaves the facility.
Ensure picking lists and all relevant documentation are completed and signed off post gear check.
Assist with the loading of gear into vehicles as and when required.
Verify that received gear is in good working order and that dispatched kits are complete according to dispatch check sheets.
Obtain client or client representative signatures on all return documents for dispatched and returned gear and equipment.
Escalate any issues identified with returned equipment to the relevant departments or supervisors promptly.
Notify supervisors of any damages, discrepancies, or missing equipment immediately upon receipt of gear.
Adhere to established missing and damages procedures when necessary.
Assist with company stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements
National Senior Certificate - Essential
National Diploma / N6 Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Must be a South African citizen.
Must be under the age of 35.
Candidates who have previously participated or are currently engaged in a SETA-funded internship are not eligible.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Intermediate English language proficiency.
Demonstrated accuracy & attention to detail.
